60-Day Limited Warranty

Open-Box and Used Paddles

This is a Limited Warranty provided by Tucker Pickleball for qualifying open-box and used paddles. It is separate from any manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranties are provided and administered solely by the manufacturer.

✅ Who Is Covered

The original purchaser of an open-box or used paddle from Tucker Pickleball Co. LLC.

🛡️ What Is Covered

Functional defects in the paddle that appear within the warranty period, such as delamination, core failure, edge-guard separation, or handle failure.

🚫 What Is Not Covered

Damage caused by misuse, accident, modification, or improper storage; normal wear from play; and cosmetic wear described in the listing.

🛠️ What We Will Do

You may choose a replacement paddle of equal value, Tucker Pickleball store credit equal to the price you paid, or a refund of the price you paid to your original payment method. This is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.

⏱️ Warranty Period

The warranty lasts for 60 days from the carrier's recorded delivery date.

📋 How to Make a Claim

  1. Email support@tuckerpickleball.com with your order number and photos of the problem.
  2. We will authorize the return and send you a prepaid return label.
  3. Ship the paddle within 7 calendar days of authorization.
  4. We inspect it and send the replacement, issue the store credit, or issue the refund, as you chose.

⚖️ Legal Terms

  • Any implied warranty on this paddle is limited to the 60-day period of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
  • We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
  • Nothing in this warranty limits any right or remedy available under applicable law.
