The court is wrong and it should be 2 players on each side of the net each facing the net.

How Private Demo Days Work

Submit the request below — we’ll coordinate the details and bring everything needed.

Send your request

Tell us where you play, your preferred date window, and your headcount. If your group has mixed skill levels, include that too, and any paddle preferences, so we can plan the right lineup.

We confirm availability

We’ll reply within 1 business day to confirm availability—typically scheduled within 1–2 weeks—share a simple session plan, and ask any quick questions we need answered (court setup, timing, and group mix).

We bring the demo setup

We arrive with a curated paddle lineup and a simple demo plan. Your group just needs a court and a little time to play — we handle the logistics so you can find your best-fit paddle faster.

Players demo paddles — we guide

Players try paddles side-by-side while we guide them on control, power, feel, and comfort. No pressure — just clarity so each player knows what fits best, and can choose a new paddle with confidence.

Who Requests Demo Days?

Clubs & Leagues

  • Host a member appreciation day where players can try premium paddles and find the right fit together and buy on-site if they love one.
  • Give new members a structured introduction to paddle selection as part of your onboarding program.
  • Help mid-season players find better-fitting paddles with side-by-side demos and personalized recommendations.

HOAs & Community Courts

  • Turn your quarterly social event into an educational paddle demo that residents actually remember and talk about.
  • Welcome new players to the sport with a low-pressure demo that shows them what paddles feel like before they buy.
  • Educate your community on how paddle weight, grip, and control affect play in a hands-on format that’s fun and accessible.

Tournaments & Local Events

  • Add a demo station to your tournament registration area – players love demoing new gear between matches.
  • Offer targeted paddle demos for specific skill brackets (3.0, 3.5, 4.0+), so players try paddles matched to their level.
  • Give tournament participants immediate recommendations and on-site purchase options while they're engaged and motivated.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Demo Days free?

Yes — Demo Days are free.

What areas do you serve?

We serve South Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. If you’re outside that area, send the request anyway — we may be able to accommodate depending on timing and group size.

Do you offer weekday evenings / weekends?

Yes — weekday evenings and weekends are available based on scheduling. Share a few preferred dates and time windows, and we’ll confirm what’s open.

How much notice do you need to schedule?

Ideally, 1—2 weeks, but we'll do our best to accommodate sooner if we have availability.

How long does a private Demo Day run?

Most events run about 3—4 hours, so players can drop in, try paddles, and get quick recommendations.

Is there a minimum group size?

Not a hard minimum — Demo Days work best with groups, but tell us your expected headcount, and we'll recommend the best format.

How many players can attend?

We can scale it up or down. A sweet spot is often 10—30 players; for larger groups, we'll suggest a simple rotation or time slots.

Do we need reserved courts?

Reserved courts help, but they're not required. If it's open play, we'll set up a demo table and run paddle demos in a simple rotation.

What do you need from the venue?

Courts, a small space for a paddle table, and normal play access. Shade is helpful if available.

Do you bring the paddles and balls?

Yes — we bring the demo paddle lineup and what’s needed for try paddles.

How many paddles do you bring?

We typically bring a curated lineup (often 15—30+ paddles), tailored to your group's skill mix and goals.

Can we request specific paddle brands or models?

Yes — share your wish list in the request form, and we'll confirm what we can bring for your date.

What if we’re not sure what brands to request?

No problem — we’ll suggest a balanced lineup based on your group’s skill level and goals.

Can we buy paddles during or after the Demo Day?

Absolutely. We bring paddle inventory to most events for same-day purchase. If a specific model isn't in stock, we can take your order and ship/deliver it to you within 3–5 business days.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If conditions aren't playable, we'll coordinate a reschedule so your group still gets a great experience.

Can we schedule a recurring Demo Day?

Yes — many clubs host quarterly or seasonal Demo Days to showcase new paddle releases and help members upgrade their gear. We'll work with you to set up a recurring schedule that fits your calendar.
