Tucker Points

Tucker Points is our rewards program for Tucker Pickleball customers. Earn points on eligible purchases and redeem them for discounts on future orders. There is no cost to join.

How You Earn

  • You earn 3 Tucker Points for every $1 you spend on an eligible purchase.
  • Eligible purchases include orders on tuckerpickleball.com and purchases made in person, including at Demo Days. For an in-person or Demo Day purchase, give us the email address on your Tucker Pickleball account at the time of purchase so your points can be credited.
  • Everyone earns. You do not need an account to earn points on an order, but you do need one to redeem them.

How You Redeem

Sign in to your Tucker Pickleball account and open the Tucker Points panel on our site. The panel shows the rewards currently available to you and lets you apply one to a new order. Redemption is through the panel on our site; you do not need anything else.

Expiration

Tucker Points do not currently expire.

What Does Not Earn or Redeem

Gift cards, items marked Clearance, and items marked Final Sale are excluded from both earning points and redeeming them.

Returns, Exchanges, and the 30-Day Paddle Fit Program

Points follow what you actually keep spent with us.

  • Refund to your original payment method: the points earned on the refunded amount are removed. A partial refund removes a proportional share.
  • Exchange under the 30-Day Paddle Fit Program: you keep the points for the merchandise you keep. If part of the value comes back to you as Tucker Pickleball store credit, the points on that part are removed.
  • Tucker Pickleball store credit under the Fit Program: the points earned on the returned value are removed.
  • Price Match Guarantee: if we refund you a price difference, the points on that order are adjusted to match what you actually paid.
  • Rewards you have already used are not automatically restored. If you redeem points and then return that order, email us and we will look at it.

Your Points Have No Cash Value

Tucker Points are not money. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred, sold, given away, or combined between accounts.

Fair Use

We may decline to award points, decline a redemption, or limit or close a points balance where we see abuse — for example repeated ordering and returning to collect points, more than one account run by the same person, or points obtained through an error or manipulation. We will tell you why.

Will We Email You About Points?

Only to confirm activity on your account. We send an email when you earn Tucker Points and when you redeem a reward. We do not send promotional rewards emails. Your balance is visible in the Tucker Points panel when you are signed in.

Effective Date

These terms are effective 9/16/2026. Points you earned before that date stay in your balance.

Changes

We may change or end this program for future purchases. The terms in effect on the day you buy apply to your purchase.
