Found It Cheaper? We'll Match It.

If you find the same new item in stock at a lower delivered price from an authorized retailer in your country, we'll match that price — before you buy, or within 14 days of delivery. Available on orders shipped within the United States and to Canada.

What Qualifies

  • The same item: same brand, model, model year, and variant (weight, grip size, color), sold new in its original packaging.
  • Sold by an authorized retailer in your own country — a US retailer in US dollars for US orders, a Canadian retailer in Canadian dollars for Canadian orders — at a price shown publicly on their website without a login, membership, or app. We don't compare prices across borders, because shipping, duties, and exchange rates make those prices different things.
  • In stock and shippable to your address right now.

How We Compare Prices

We compare the total delivered cost: item price plus shipping and any handling charge, to your address, before sales tax and duties.

What Doesn't Qualify

  • Marketplace and third-party seller listings (for example Amazon third-party sellers, eBay, Walmart Marketplace), auction listings, and used, open-box, or refurbished items.
  • Membership or warehouse-club pricing, and prices that require a subscription.
  • Coupon codes, cart-level or site-wide sales, rewards or points value, store credit, gift cards, cashback, rebates, trade-in credit, and financing offers.
  • Bundles, multi-buy, and BOGO pricing.
  • Clearance, closeout, final sale, liquidation, going-out-of-business, doorbuster, limited-quantity, and flash sales.
  • Obvious pricing errors, and prices quoted only by phone, email, or message.
  • Tucker items already marked Clearance or Final Sale, Demo Day sales, and items bought with a discount code.

How to Claim

  1. Email support@tuckerpickleball.com with your order number (if you have already ordered) and a direct link to the competitor's listing showing the item, the price, the shipping cost to your address, and that it is in stock.
  2. We check the listing ourselves. Prices change fast, so we verify at the time we review your claim.
  3. If it qualifies, we charge you the lower price before you buy, or refund the difference to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

Limits

  • Personal-use quantities only: up to two identical units per claim.
  • Not available on orders for resale.
  • We may decline a claim, or limit future claims, where we see altered or fabricated proof, links to sellers that don't qualify after we've explained why, repeated claims paired with returns, reseller buying patterns, or coordinated claims across accounts or addresses. We'll tell you why.

Using This with Our 30-Day Paddle Fit Program

You can use both on the same paddle. Matching a price does not affect your 30-Day Paddle Fit Program eligibility.

If we have already matched a price for you, your Fit Program exchange or Tucker store credit is based on the final price you actually paid after the match. If you exchange for a paddle that costs more than that, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the difference becomes Tucker store credit.

Effective Date

This program is effective 2026-09-11.

Changes

We may change or end this program for future purchases. The terms in effect on the day you buy apply to your purchase.
