Paddle Warranties
At Tucker Pickleball, your paddle should perform the way it was built to perform. If something is truly wrong with the paddle itself, we want you to have a clear, simple path to getting it fixed or replaced.
Our 30-Day Tucker Defect Support
If your paddle breaks or shows a clear manufacturing defect within 30 days of your purchase date, contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange or refund. Once your claim is approved, we’ll send you a return label so you can ship the defective paddle back.
Warranty replacements are limited to one replacement per paddle purchase. The warranty on the original paddle does not transfer to the replacement. Paddles purchased in used or “pre-owned” condition are not covered by this policy.
After those first 30 days, your paddle is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll still help with information and proof of purchase, but the final decision on a replacement comes from the paddle brand.

What Counts as a Defect?
To qualify as a warranty issue, the paddle needs to have an actual defect in materials or workmanship – something that failed in a way that isn’t caused by normal play or misuse.
Normal Wear & Tear (Not Covered)
These are common signs of regular use and are not considered defects:
- Faded graphics or cosmetic color changes over time
- Small chips, minor dents, or light scratches that don’t affect play
- Ball marks and residue on the paddle face
- Edge guard scuffs from the court or balls
To help your paddle last longer, avoid leaving it in extreme heat or cold (like a hot car), high humidity, or using it to hit anything other than a pickleball.
Modified or Tampered Paddles
Most manufacturers will not approve warranty claims for paddles that have been altered after purchase. This often includes:
- Re-gluing, sanding, shaving, or cutting the paddle
- Drilling or structural modifications
- Heavy grip changes or added weight that alters the build
- Permanent markings, engraving, or using permanent marker
If you’d like your name on your paddle, the safest approach is a removable sticker or label so you don’t risk voiding the warranty.
How to Start a Paddle Warranty Request
If you believe your paddle has developed a defect within the brand’s warranty timeframe, you have two options:
- Contact the manufacturer directly using their warranty or support page, or
- Email Warranty@TuckerPickleball.com and we’ll help you figure out the right next step.
If the manufacturer asks for proof of purchase, we’ll send you a copy of your original Tucker Pickleball invoice.
