🚚 Shipping Options
We offer flexible shipping options to meet your needs and timeline.
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to other countries at this time.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination
You'll be able to choose from the shipping methods available for your order during checkout. Standard, expedited, and express options may be available depending on your location and order size.
🌎 Shipping to Canada: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Canadian orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes unless checkout shows those charges as prepaid. Any charges assessed at delivery are the customer's responsibility.
🎁 Free Economy Shipping
U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal over $75 qualify for free economy shipping. The $75 threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes.
Free economy shipping generally arrives within 3–8 business days after shipment, and tracking is included.
Need your gear sooner? No problem. You may upgrade to another available shipping method during checkout at your own cost.
Canadian orders do not qualify for free economy shipping; shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
⏱️ Order Processing
We aim to get your order on its way quickly.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
- A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Where an order ships from may vary by product, including items shipped directly by a brand or fulfillment partner.
If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with a revised date. You may accept the revised date or cancel the affected order for a full refund.
📬 Delivery Expectations
Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method and destination. While we process orders promptly, please keep the following in mind:
- Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
- Weather, customs delays, carrier disruptions, and other unexpected events may affect arrival time.
- Once the carrier has your package, transit timing is outside our direct control—but we will still help if your package is delayed, missing, or damaged.
Tucker Pickleball is responsible for your order until the carrier records it as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. After carrier-recorded delivery, the customer is responsible for loss or theft from the delivery location.
We remain responsible if an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise does not match what was ordered. If there is a shipping problem, please contact us and we will work to resolve it, including handling any necessary carrier claim.
